What is your return policy?
We love our products and know you will too. However, if you are unhappy with your product, or if it arrives damaged, we will replace the product or refund the cost of the product minus shipping. If you purchased FIELD products from one of our retailers, please contact them directly. If you have any questions, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. (NOTE: Our return policy applies to online FIELD orders only. If you have questions regarding a purchase at our retail store, email email@example.com.)
How do you ship? Do you ship internationally?
We don’t like to wait for our stuff either! We almost always use USPS Priority Mail to ship, but may use another shipping provider if it is more economical. Currently we only ship to the US. We hope to expand our reach soon.
When will you ship my order?
Most of the orders are shipped within 3 business days, but usually within 24 hours. You’ll get an email confirming shipment. During the holiday season it gets crazy busy, so be sure to leave enough time to get your holiday orders in.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Check the product label for shelf life after opening, generally 6 months. Keeping the products in a relatively dark and cool place is beneficial. Be sure to follow the use instructions on the label. We use naturally derived preservatives to ensure a safe product and to extend shelf life.
What type of packing materials do you use?
Big hugs, Mama Earth! We try to use recycled and recyclable packing materials. Please pay it forward and either reuse or recycle our shipping materials.
Do you use animal based ingredients or test on animals?
None of the products contain animal sourced ingredients. We NEVER test on animals (except ourselves!) and our sources don’t either. We pride ourselves in being cruelty free and vegan, and are Leaping Bunny certified.
Are the bottles and tubes recyclable?
Yes! All of our product packaging is recyclable. The recycle code logo is on the back of the product.
