What is your return policy?

At this time, we are unable to accept returns due to COVID-19 precautions. If you have questions regarding a purchase, email team@fieldbotanicals.com.

How do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

We don’t like to wait for our stuff either! We almost always use USPS Priority Mail to ship, but may use another shipping provider if it is more economical. Currently we only ship to the US. We hope to expand our reach soon.

When will you ship my order?

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, but usually within 24 hours. You’ll get an email confirming shipment. During the holiday season it gets crazy busy, so be sure to leave enough time to get your holiday orders in.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders $75, no code needed. And if you’re local and want to pick up your order, simply choose Local Pickup at checkout. Just pull up to our loading zone curbside or pick up in-store during regular business hours.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Check the product label for shelf life after opening, generally 6 months. Keeping the products in a relatively dark and cool place is beneficial. Be sure to follow the use instructions on the label.

What type of packing materials do you use?

Big hugs, Mama Earth! We try to use recycled and recyclable packing materials. Please pay it forward and either reuse or recycle our shipping materials.

 Are you cruelty free and/or vegan?

None of the products contain animal sourced ingredients. All products must be  cruelty free and vegan, and most are certified by PETA or Leaping Bunny.

I’m sending a gift. What do I do?

No prob! Just let us know it’s a gift in the comment section. We won’t include a packing slip/receipt, make it look real pretty, and will include a note if you tell us what you’d like to say.
