What is your return policy?

At this time, we are unable to offer returns on products. Because we ship so quickly, we cannot cancel or modify already placed orders, so please double check your cart to make sure you are ready to order. Once your order has been placed, sales become final. Please double check your shipping address and contact information when you order to ensure it is correct.

Because we work with indie brands, we have low inventory and frequent replenishment of products to ensure you’re getting the freshest products. So unfortunately, this does not allow us to offer returns on beauty products. With skincare  products, we recommend that you give them a trial period of up to three weeks, especially if you are transitioning to plant-based formulas. This will allow your skin to adjust and then assess whether or not the product is working for you. If you need help with shade matching or questions about makeup shades or would like to request a shade sample, email team@fieldbotanicals.com. Shipping costs are always non-refundable, and in the rare instance where we issue a refund or exchange, a $5.00 handling fee will apply.

How do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the US. We hope to expand our reach soon.

When will you ship my order?

We don’t like to wait for our stuff either! We use USPS, UPS or FedEx to ship, and Priority Mail whenever feasible. You will get a confirmation upon order and another confirmation upon shipment that will have the tracking information. Most orders are shipped within 3 business days, but usually within 24 hours. During the holiday season it gets crazy busy, so be sure to leave enough time to get your holiday orders in.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for all orders $75, always, no code needed. And if you’re local to the Augusta, GA area and want to pick up your order, simply choose Local Pickup at checkout. Just pull up to our loading zone curbside or pick up in-store during regular business hours. Once you get an order confirmation, your order will be fulfilled within 30 minutes during business hours. If a Local Pickup order is placed outside of business hours, it will be available within 30 minutes after opening on the next business day.

What if my box is missing or my products arrive damaged or the wrong item?

We use tracking for all shipments and your shipping confirmation will include a tracking number. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us at team@fieldbotanicals.com within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon request. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Check the product label for shelf life after opening, generally 6 months. Keeping the products in a relatively dark and cool place is beneficial. Be sure to follow the use instructions on the label.

What type of packing materials do you use?

Big hugs, Mama Earth! We try to use recycled and recyclable packing materials. Please pay it forward and either reuse or recycle our shipping materials.

 Are you cruelty free and/or vegan?

None of the products contain animal sourced ingredients. All products must be  cruelty free and vegan, and most are certified by PETA or Leaping Bunny.

I’m sending a gift. What do I do?

No prob! Just let us know it’s a gift in the comment section. We won’t include a packing slip/receipt, make it look real pretty, and will include a note if you tell us what you’d like to say.
